As 2024 wraps up, I'm taking stock of an eventful, rewarding, and occasionally chaotic year. Here's my attempt at a year-end wrapped: 🎁 🚀 Our team doubled in size!! That’s right: double the brains, creativity, and Teams notifications. Watching this team grow has been one of my proudest achievements this year. Along the way, we focused heavily on alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, making sure every strategy and campaign was laser-focused on creating value for our customers and future customers. The results? Incredible growth and a team that’s more connected than ever. 🌟 We launched our first-ever user conference. It was the kind of experience that required a lot of coffee, late nights, and a good sense of humor to survive - but seeing our customers come together and leave inspired made every moment worth it. Can't wait to put on our next Transform conference! 💖 I was honored to receive the Leadership Award this year. As someone who prefers to be behind the scenes, this recognition truly humbled me.
