We are thrilled to announce that XGRAVEL has achieved a significant milestone by winning the "Impulso" category at the Emprén Esport Awards 2024. This prestigious recognition is a testament to our commitment to innovation, excellence, and the advancement of the gravel cycling experience. The Emprén Esport program, a joint initiative by the Fundación Trinidad Alfonso and Marca, aims to foster sports entrepreneurship in the Comunitat Valenciana. With a focus on promoting engaging and original sporting events that attract high participation, the program seeks to position the region as a hub for sports activities. The awards ceremony, held at the MARCA headquarters in Madrid, brought together distinguished guests and representatives from various Spanish sports federations. XGRAVEL stood out in the "Impulso" category, designed to support events holding their inaugural edition in 2024. As the first international circuit dedicated to the emerging discipline of gravel cycling, XGRAVEL is set to feature around races across iconic locations such as Egypt, Greece, and Thailand throughout the season. The Spanish leg of the competition is scheduled for October 12th and 13th within the framework of the Comunitat de l'Esport in Altea. Since the application period opened in September, 130 submissions were received, with only nine earning a perfect score. XGRAVEL was among the nine outstanding winners, recognized for its groundbreaking approach to cycling competitions. This accolade is not only a recognition of XGRAVEL's dedication but also a celebration of the collective effort invested in bringing this vision to life.
