As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect. This time of year invites us to consider the journey we’ve taken—the lessons learned, the wins celebrated, and the setbacks faced. It’s not just about where we’ve ended up but how we’ve grown along the way. As you reflect, ask yourself: What worked well this year? What didn’t go as planned? What could I have done differently? Amidst the hustle, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters: health and relationships. The festive season—and summer break 🍉 for those of us in the southern hemisphere—offers a chance to reconnect with what’s most important. Spend time with loved ones. 🩵 Let them know how much they mean to you. 🩵 Reach out to those you think about but haven’t spoken to in a while. 💛 Take this opportunity to focus on your well-being. Consider what small changes could improve your physical and mental health as you step into 2025. As the year winds down, let’s reflect on what we’ve learned and look forward to new beginnings. As we enter the winding down season I am wishing you all a season filled with warmth, love, and renewal! How are you planning to close out your year? #Reflection #Health #Relationships #YearEndThoughts

As the holidays approach, it’s easy to feel the warmth of the season—but for many, it can also be a time of loneliness or struggle. If you’re finding it hard to remember, let me remind you: you have value. You matter, even if it feels hard to see right now. It’s also worth remembering that we have far more in common with one another than the things that seem to divide us. The threads of kindness, love, and shared humanity are stronger than any differences, and they can bring us together if we let them. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or alone, I encourage you to reach out to a friend or family member. Opening up can be one of the hardest but most meaningful steps toward healing. And if you feel like you have no one, I want you to know you can reach out to me. You don’t have to carry your burdens in silence. Let’s all do our part to make this holiday season a little brighter for ourselves and each other. Whether it’s through a kind word, a helping hand, or simply being present, we can help create a safer, happier time for all. Wishing you a safe, joyful holiday season. Take care of yourselves, and let’s take care of each other. #YouMatter #HolidaySupport #MentalHealthMatters #KindnessCounts #TogetherWeThrive #ThisIsBestBuy #BestPlaceToWork

🎄✨ Keep Your Boundaries This Holiday Season! ✨🎄 The holiday season can be joyful but also overwhelming. Here are some quick, actionable tips to help you maintain your boundaries and enjoy a stress-free time: Know Your Limits: Decide in advance how many events you can handle and stick to it. Say No Gently: It’s okay to decline invitations. A simple “Thank you, but I can’t make it this time” works wonders! Set a Budget: Determine how much you’ll spend on gifts and stick to it. Financial peace is part of self-care! Schedule “Me” Time: Carve out moments just for you to recharge—whether it’s reading, walking, or enjoying a quiet cup of tea. Communicate Clearly: Let friends and family know your boundaries ahead of time to minimize misunderstandings. Unplug: Limit social media time to avoid comparison and stress. The holidays can feel heavy when you’re carrying the weight of trauma. Stress, loneliness, and painful memories have a way of bubbling up all at once, making it hard to enjoy the season. I’ve helped so many women who tell me how overwhelming this time of year can be. They feel like they’re holding everything together on the outside, but inside, it’s a completely different story. They want to feel lighter, to experience the joy the holidays are supposed to bring—but instead, they’re just surviving. I get it, because I’ve been there, too. But here’s what I’ve learned: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬. It starts with giving yourself permission to prioritize you. That’s not selfish—it’s necessary. And I know how hard it can feel to make that choice, but when you do, something shifts. Things don’t feel as overwhelming. You begin to find moments of peace. Joy starts to feel possible again. If this season feels heavy for you, please know you’re not alone. It doesn’t have to stay this way. Healing is within reach, and it starts with one small step. This week only, I’m offering Healing Through the Holidays—a 9-week coaching program designed to help you move through this season with peace, purpose, and clarity. Grab one of the remaining spaces here 👉🏾 https://lnkd.in/gpHPRgJm OR click the link in my bio. What’s one way you’ll give yourself grace or support this holiday season? The Holiday Season: A Time to Truly Connect Robin Williams once said, “I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone. It’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people that make you feel all alone.” The holidays, while joyful for many, can amplify feelings of loneliness for others. It’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of the season and forget how powerful even the smallest act of kindness can be. A simple, heartfelt gesture…like picking up the phone to say, “I was thinking of you”—can make someone feel seen, valued, and less alone. My Aunt Shirley had a saying: “No calls going out, no calls coming in.” She reminded me that if we wait for others to reach out, connection can feel like a one-way street. Sometimes, we have to be the ones to make the first move, even if it’s just to say, “How are you doing?” This holiday season, let’s ask ourselves: •Who might need a reminder that someone cares? •How can we make others feel more connected? And if you’re the one feeling lonely, take that courageous step to reach out. Connection goes both ways, and sometimes a small effort leads to meaningful change. Let’s make this season not just about celebration, but about connection. Who will you call today? #Kindness #ConnectionMatters #HolidayLoneliness #MentalHealthAwareness #SmallActsOfKindness #ReachOut #YouAreNotAlone #EmpathyInAction Natalie Loeb David B.
