Krause DiMaTec GmbH shows a clamping set. At the AG AM stand, Krause DiMaTec GmbH and Krause-Biagosch GmbH will be exhibiting a clamping set that is used in the pre-press stage of the graphics industry. In thermal imagesetters, the clamping sets are used to clamp printing plates onto an imagesetter drum and then expose them with lasers. Conventional production is very complex, as processing is required from all sides. Handling during this process is rather cumbersome as the parts are very small. The advantages are: ✔ Component enables fast and secure clamping of the printing plates. ✔ Reduces the inertia of the platesetter drum, as components are delicate and light. ✔ Faster, better than other fastening methods as customized adjustments are faster and easier and material savings have been realized. #additivemanufacturing
