The boys are on tour, but we need your support Due to their footballing journeys so far one thing the lads have never had the opportunity to do is a tournament away. In their last year of junior grassroots football we'd love them to experience this and in the famous Blackpool! Please support us in making this happen and getting the boys to Blackpool Any donation is greatly appreciated https://lnkd.in/ecaVNvCr

The athletes aren’t the only ones who can be champions this summer! Why not hold an office get-together for the Olympic or Paralympic games and support families who need it most. Sell lollies, hotdogs or drinks, run a sporting sweepstake, or simply ask for donations during your watch party. Every little counts: 🏊 £4 could help a child get water-confident in swimming lessons 📣 £10 can go towards providing access to sports coaching ⚽ £20 can go towards a day out, making memories at a sports event 🎾 £30 could help provide a grant for a sports club membership 🚲 £50 could go towards providing a grant for a specialist trike or bike Order your fundraising pack now and be a sporting hero for families raising disabled and seriously ill children - https://lnkd.in/e8RcBkDu

Tasmanian greyhound racing clubs are deeply integrated into the local community, actively supporting a wide array of grassroots organisations and initiatives. In Hobart, the Greyhound Racing Club has embraced local sporting clubs by hosting sporting clubs challenge nights that benefit a variety of clubs across sports ranging from AFL to netball, offering both direct sponsorships and opportunities to win additional funding. Similarly, the Launceston Club enriches the community with race days tailored for aged care residents, creating memorable social experiences. Moreover, a collective initiative across Tasmanian clubs culminated in a generous $35,220 donation to the Ronald McDonald House Charity, significantly enhancing the support facilities for families of children undergoing medical treatments in Hobart. These initiatives underline the greyhound racing industry’s dedication to nurturing and giving back to the communities they operate in, reinforcing their role as key players in building and sustaining local community spirit. Please take a moment to read the post below, and if you can, donate to help and support this cause
This is my son Ben, Ben sadly lost his life in july 2022 whilst on holiday with his family This left all who new him devastated and empty. As a family we decided to raise money for the local rugby Leigh East the team Ben played for to allow all 14 years old's thru to and including open age to get heart screening which helped detect some abnormalities and saved other families go thru the same devastating loss as ourselves. Bens uncle and his friends are this year doing a grueling challenge to help raise money to do the same for Bens cousins team and other at the Golborne Parkside arlfc club. If any of my contacts would like to donate it would be really appreciated ,we are trying our best to detect heart abnormalities for the people who love playing the sport of rugby
Help raise £10000 to the Ben Woods Memorial Challenge. This will fund a heart screening event, hosted by CRY, at our local rugby league club Golborne Parkside.

Hi Network! So as you may or may not know, I coach American Football for the Great Britain National Team! British American Football Association We have a home game in October against Germany, and it requires a great deal of funds. Around £15,000 as a baseline. So the team has set up a kickstarter to help alleviate some of these costs for the players and to help fund the game. We must reach £7,500 otherwise we lose all the money. Any donation large or small would be incredibly helpful. Not only would it be helpful, but because it’s a kickstarter, you get things in return depending on how much you donate. Each player is aiming to raise at least £70 each, so anything that helps me towards that total is appreciated. Here is the link to donate, if you need help, or have any questions, let me know: https://lnkd.in/ezQez89i

This is such an important showcase for emerging technology to protect players from harm. Thanks to Unispace we have helped move real solutions into the sports world. It’s out there protecting players in real time. One of our past presenters is coming back to update us on global sales and the number of athletes protected. Then there are three new innovations to showcase. What are they? Watch this space… Simon Shaw MBE as ever, leading by example. Michelle Elkins and Stuart Bagshaw the powerhouses that drive progress
We’re thrilled to partner with the charity Love of the Game for the third consecutive year for an event in October alongside Holland & Holland, championing concussion awareness in sports. We recently spoke with Simon Shaw, president of the charity and former rugby player, about their incredible work. Simon shared, “I started Love of the Game to drive awareness and funding of solutions that can prevent, diagnose, and treat concussion in sport, not just rugby, but all sports.” Check out the full article to learn from Simon about their mission and what’s next for the charity: https://lnkd.in/e96UhzFH #SparkBrilliance #LoveOfTheGame #ConcussionAwareness #SportsSafety #Charity Michelle Elkins Robin Dey Rob Frank
