Summary: Next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based T cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangement analysis is essential for diagnosing lymphoid malignancies but often involves over-sequencing to achieve sensitivity requirement. This study aimed to evaluate sequencing reduction while maintaining diagnostic performance. This approach preserves clonal architecture while reducing sequencing costs by 70%, offering an efficient solution for labs under financial constraints.

🔬 Elevating Your Single Cell Research with Evercode WT v3 Our latest tech note dives deep into a head-to-head evaluation of #singlecell RNA profiling technologies. Focusing on fixed nuclei from mouse lymph nodes, we compared droplet-based microfluidics (10x Genomics Chromium Flex) against combinatorial barcoding (Parse Biosciences Evercode WT v3).
