I’m waiting for my plane back to Barcelona, straight from FemTechConf. It was a real pleasure to spend time and get inspired by all the amazing women - from the conference, but most importantly having a chance to exchange stories with my fellow XXXLdigital – Part of XXXL Group gang. Lina Kehlenbeck - thanks for organising and inviting me! Special shoutout to my amazing mentee Ada Lewandowska, who took the time to have our 1on1 in person in Berlin and show me around 💪 I’d like to give a super special shoutout to Luisa Liesenberg - her opening talk about neurodivergence was, for me, the highlight of the week. I’m glad we are getting more and more voices of successful professionals and more alies are aware of the challenges (and superpowers!) of neurospicy brains 🧠 trying to survive &thrive in the modern tech landscape.
