I’m not into vanity metrics, but I MUST say thank you for over 40,000 impressions and 31 reposts of this post. I’m DEFINITELY feeling a sense of community, comraderie and a strong support for our ladies on deck. We have not forgotten the gents…just taking a bit of time to bask in our feminine strength. Everyone here upskilled and leveled up to their positions on their own merit, true.
