Key Responsibilities: Lead stakeholder communications and produce compelling content across various channels. Develop and maintain a communications plan and calendar. Manage and evaluate social media platforms to boost awareness and engagement. Ensure consistent brand messaging across the organization and its network. Collaborate with the CEO on media activities, PR opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Requirements: A degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in communications, with at least 2 years in a grassroots capacity. Proven expertise in creating and implementing communications plans for lower-income communities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and analytics tools. Experience in grassroots communication Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills in both Kiswahili and English.
