While we were looking for a good specialist I faced a real problem - shortage of personnel in PR in CIS countries.

Therefore, businesses entering these markets often look for local expertise and may face challenges in finding the right talent due to gaps in professional qualifications and training. So 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐮𝐩 hard skills of employees but be attentive to soft ones - they should be perfect anyways.
🌟 As a result I understand that its really hard and nearly impossible to find 2 in 1 specialist that really DO KNOW local market and have strong hard skills.
