So this year, let’s focus not just on external evils, but on the Ravana that resides within each of us, our negative thoughts, self-doubt, ill intentions, and even the harsh judgment we may pass on ourselves and others. In a world increasingly divided by differences, we need to unify in conquering these internal battles. Whether it's overcoming the negativity we hold against others or defeating the suicidal thoughts that arise from our own struggles, we need to opt for positivity, self-compassion, and a growth mindset. Dussehra should remind us all, no matter where we come from or what we believe, that the most significant victory is the one over our inner demons.
