· Push yourself hard enough. The advantage of taking notes of your workouts is that you always know what you’ve been capable of. So by seeing your performances of your last training, you know that you have to do better. This is basically the principle of progressive overload. (Most of your performance drops during workouts stem from lack of variety this doesn't mean you should completely overhaul your routine, but mixing it up is essential! you need to include: -Different training modalities like HIIT, strength, and endurance -Variations in tempo to challenge your muscles -Supporting activities like mobility work and flexibility training -Alternate training environments to keep things fresh Incorporating variety will keep your workouts engaging and maximize your results! :)

(Most of your struggles with plateaus occur because of a lack of variation in training this doesn’t mean you have to switch everything up every session, but adding variety is essential for progress! you need to incorporate different exercises, rep ranges, and training modalities to challenge your body! Ignoring variety leads to: -Stagnation in performance -Decreased motivation -Limited muscle adaptation -Boredom in workouts Embracing diversity in your training will keep you engaged and help you break through those plateaus! :)

Not all workouts have to be all out, sweaty and breathless. 🥵 They have a time and a place and after a tough week of training, all I want is to focus on core and stabilising exercises.
