We are excited to share that Marthin Larsson, CEO of yourCom, recently attended the prestigious Money 20/20 conference in Amsterdam. This event is a cornerstone for the global FinTech community, bringing together visionaries and industry leaders to discuss the future of financial technology. One of the key speakers was François Hollande, the former President of France, who delivered a compelling address on the transformative potential of FinTech in boosting our economies. Hollande emphasised the importance of allowing people to travel and gain new experiences, which they can bring back to their home countries to add value to the economy. This perspective aligns with YourCom's commitment to fostering innovation through diverse experiences and global collaboration. Hollande stressed the necessity for European countries to unite in order to compete effectively with technological powerhouses like China. He highlighted the fragmentation of the European market as a significant challenge, urging European nations to consolidate their efforts to create a more cohesive technology market. This call to action underscores the urgency for Europe to leverage its collective strengths to remain competitive on the global stage. Moreover, Hollande identified Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Greentech as pivotal trends that require substantial investment. He believes that with the right investments, France, and by extension Europe, can lead in these fields. His message was clear: the time to act is now, as delaying further could result in missed opportunities. He concluded his speech with a direct appeal to banks, FinTechs, and investors to focus on long-term investments that ensure a coherent society, true democracy, and global progress. Those who prioritise short-term gains, he warned, risk losing in the long run. Money 20/20, since its inception in 2011, has been a vital platform for showcasing ground-breaking ideas and facilitating significant business deals. Notable companies such as J.P. Morgan, Stripe, Airwallex, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Checkout.com have all leveraged this event to drive their innovations forward. We are proud to have Marthin representing YourBan at such an influential event, reinforcing our commitment to staying at the forefront of the FinTech revolution. #Money2020 #FinTech #Greentech

Are you attending Money 20/20? A short note to express my gratitude to be attending Europe's best, largest and most wonderful FinTech conference this year in Amsterdam where I'll be representing Eton Bridge Partners Ltd and the wider business in this exciting space. The financial services ecosystem is a space where we see the evolution of leadership, culture, technology, regulation and customer experience, changing at a rapid pace. In recent years, Fintech's have transitioned into a fresh phase of value creation—one that prioritises sustainable and profitable growth yet still faces considerable challenges with generative AI, socioeconomic & geopolitical pressures and increased regulation.

Money20/20 heralds the fintech trends and gives you a sneak peek into the #politicsofmoney. So, what’s the story of 2024? #AI will change the concept of value, and money, in the long term, by changing the concept of work, economy structure and what we value as societies (will it be time?). For now, in finance it will soon bring more #digitalworkforce both in B2B and B2C, aka better digital assitants. #web3 was, surprisingly, a hot topic and #digitaleuro discussed on technical level, meaning the idea will materialize one way or another. Next 5 years in the EU financial policies will focus on the free movement of capital (#CMU, rebranded as the Savings & Investments Union), as hinted by #FancoisHolland, who btw. came to support la French Tech and 🇫🇷 as the go to place for finance in the EU. Strong 🇨🇳 delegation is looking bullish at the EU market and its companies, while the number of #Africanfintech firms may signal not only the appetite for a stand alone M20/20 event but a growing net of economic relations between the continents. Thank you Scarlett Sieber Tracey Davies (Byers) and the team for not wasting my time :) European Digital Finance Association Czech Fintech Association

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank + Norway Fintech Festival = ❤ Norway Fintech Festival has become a tradition. This is the second time we are participating in important and necessary discussions on the future of finance and fintech. The panel debate firmly moderated by Anders Skjævestad brought up very relevant and timely subjects: 😲 Does the banks really know what the customers want? Are we in tune with their needs of today and in the future? 🏦 Regulations and constraints should be your friend. Constraints spark innovation and can provide better products and services. Change the mindset. 💙 Yes. Fintech and incumbents should still work closely together. There is a strong will to do so by both parties but running the business takes time. Specially in the inbumbents ⛳ Norway is in a unique position to regain 1.st place as a environment for fintech development but also traditional finane. So? What are we waiting for? 👨👩👦👦 We are all in this together. Our industry collegues both in the traditional finance and fintech industry are mutually dependant. We have the people, will and ambition to provide the future of finance. A big thanks to my fellow panel participants Eilin Schjetne, Klaus-Anders Nysteen Sebastian Martens Harung Anders Skjævestad Gustav Gotteberg. Also thanks to NCE Finance Innovation for yet another well planned festival so far. Bent H.
