I was just about to ask my LinkedIn contacts if there are any good examples of businesses using the Christmas wisely to fill their restaurants in Jan/Feb and this looks like a great idea. As Christmas is the time of giving I'm interested to see which businesses are willing to sacrifice some immediate cash for tomorrow's wealth. By this I mean if you've got a place full of customers enjoying the festivities what is the strategy for getting them to come back in Jan and Feb? 80% of businesses will just hope they remember what a good time they had and happily walk back through the door but hope is not a strategy.
