I'm a Marty Cagan fan and we've been using an assessment to diagnose and train ourselves. It's based on some articles Marty and Lea Hickman published over the last months about Transformation, Product Leadership and Product Management Theater. Once Marty launched his new book I enrolled into some conversations he had (looking at you Lenny Rachitsky, Paweł Huryn 🇺🇦, Ben Erez, Holly Holbrook, Matt Heying, Petra Wille) and thought that teams in many companies might find the template useful.
