Constraints = a workout for your creativity. When faced with constraints, most people quickly give in/give up, halting their momentum way too early. It’s what I call the “Emergency Brake Principle”. But constraints also present us with opportunities to get creative and push beyond them. Here’s a fun example. A few months ago, Moshe asked me for some help. He had secured a last minute booth at an AI tech conference to showcase his startup, Anywaypay. There were just a few “small issues”: - The product wasn’t an AI product - There was no time or budget for printing/buying anything for the booth - The conference hall had no more promotional space available. There was no way to tell people he were there. So that was the challenge: Make a successful conference appearance with no time, no budget, zero promotional space and nothing to give away at the booth. Spoiler alert - we got really creative made it a huge success. How’d we do it?
