In this study, authors compared the incidence of cystoid macular edema after vitrectomy and after phacovitrectomy in patients requiring epiretinal membrane removal. 📢 New Research Published! I'm excited to share our new study: "The prevalence and anatomy of the pyramidal lobe of the thyroid gland: A meta-analysis with implications for thyroid surgery" (DOI: 10.1002/ca.24062). Our meta-analysis of 24 studies found that the overall prevalence of the pyramidal lobe (PL) is 42.82%, with an average length of 23.09 mm and width of 10.59 mm.
