In product development, an MVP is a new product with just the right number of features to deliver the most value and gather the most important information about potential customers. It will also offer insights into how to continue to develop the product with the least amount of effort. Learn more about MVP and compressing the product development process here.

What conditions allow some early-stage products to succeed where others fail? At the recent Waffle Talks event by Digital Waffle, my keynote, “Getting to Aha! Essential Methods for Developing Brilliant Products and Experiences,” focused on the early stages of the product lifecycle. I shared the ideal scenario, what often goes wrong, and how we can approach it. Of course, this is a huge topic. So, with limited time, I introduced five practical methods that teams can immediately integrate into their workflows. While these five methods alone won’t guarantee success, the underlying conditions I discussed are essential for any product to thrive. Watch my talk here: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/emS_q4wC 🎁 As a bonus, I’ve added a Miro board link in the comments for anyone interested in using these methods. It was well-received, with many attendees coming up afterwards to dive into the specifics. Watch the talk and judge for yourself—I’d love to hear your thoughts. --- Thanks to Harry Griffiths, Andrew Ward, and Jonny Grange for putting this on and inviting me to speak.

POV: you spent months building a new feature. You: • Gathered feedback • Set & validated your hypothesis • Ran a beta test • Built and finally released an MVP Now it's time to see if users actually like & use it. There's one more *crucial* thing you can do to increase feature adoption – create an effective product release. Don't forget to give your new features the attention they deserve. 🌟 https://bit.ly/46zmcb2
