𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: Everton Football Club appoints global-leading facilities management firm OCS for its new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock. OCS, who currently have around 8,000 clients across the world, will be responsible for everything from waste management, cleaning and security to seamless matchday and core operations at the new stadium. Year in review: Strategic Place Partnerships (SPPs) 🏙️ Our Strategic Place Partnerships are deeper place-based arrangements with combined authorities across England. Working in partnership, we leverage resources, share expertise and coordinate efforts to bring local visions for housing and regeneration to life. In 2024 we continued to expand our SPPs, signing new partnerships with the North East, Liverpool City Region, South Yorkshire and the West Midlands. These joined existing SPPs with West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. Working in collaboration with these combined authorities will enable us to accelerate housing and regeneration in these areas, creating vibrant places as shown below.
