We have a RAP and it’s endorsed but where do we go from here ? A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) gives your organisation a framework to contribute to the reconciliation movement. RAPs deliver tangible and substantive benefits for First Nations peoples and increase cultural safety in the workplace. The different types of RAP’s The four RAP types – Reflect, Innovate, Stretch and Elevate – allow organisations to continuously develop their reconciliation commitments. What is in a RAP ? The framework will focus on the key pillars of Respect, Opportunities and Relationships. How do we help ?
