Hi! I'm Sophie, creator of You're the Breast! I've been specialising in sports bras for the past four years. Over this time I have seen a shocking amount of women and girls who lack knowledge in breast education and sports bras. From confusion of finding the right size, to questions about sports bras impact levels and styles. There's a lot of info to take in! I believe sports bras should be available and encouraged to be worn by school girls, and breast education offered to girls aged 11-17 years old to learn more about their breast concerns.
