ANARCHY RULES IN NEW ZEALAND. I was sent the email recently by a client and it is further evidence that Joanne (Jo) Thomson, the sole director of Maniototo Enterprises Limited who traded as Hamilton Culturesafe from mid August 2022 after Culturesafe NZ Ltd was liquidated by the Rangiura Trust Board until, as you can see from the email below, 13 December 2023. At that time, Hamilton Culturesafe ceased operating and all clients were referred to Christchurch Employment Relations Authority (ERA) advocate Maryline Suchley's business, Employment Resolution Consultants - website shown below. Ms Thomson then started Hamilton Culturesafe again until she notified clients from 9 January 2024, that she had unilaterally locked me out of my business of 9 years and declared that Hamilton Culturesafe had once again ceased trading. Since the end of January 2024, Ms Thomson has (illegally) attempted to extract more than $200,000 from clients whose contracts (if there even was a contract) she had twice breached. And 4 months after locking me out of my personal digital and physical files, plus those digital and physical files of more than a hundred client who wanted me to continue representing them, she has not returned one complete digital and physical file. See 13 December 2023 email below: "From: Jo Thomson <jo@hamiltonculturesafe.co.nz> Subject: Automatic reply: Council Date: 13 December 2023 at ..... PM NZDT To: <...................@gmail.com> We advise that due to unforseen circumstances Allan Halse is no longer associated with Hamilton Culturesafe or Maniototo Enterprises Limited. As a result Hamilton Culturesafe will cease operating immediately. If you are a client we advise you to seek alternative representation, we will forward your file to your new representative on receipt of an uplifting authority from your new representative. If you are unsure of who to contact for assistance with your ongoing case we suggest Employment Resolution Consultants, their website is https://lnkd.in/gUSEjDfU We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and distress this may have caused. Yours faithfully Jo Thomson Managing Director" #lockedout #ceasedoperating #businessclosed #ANARCHYRULES #noruleoflaw #NewZealandjobs Linda Crockett Global Workplace Psychological Safety Expert Gary Namie, PhD Dr Suzanne Henwood

EDUCATION, Education, education 'Education, education, education' is the mantra associated with ex-premier, Sir Tony Blair. In my family home #Education was also the mantra, that lived with - Dad, who had been an Apprenticed tailor (7 long years) mentioned it occasionally, if prompting was needed. With Mum (a seamstress), you could feel her thoughts in your bones - she did not have the privilege of college. Towards the end of their working lives and well into retirement, both were keen attendees at Southgate College to learn the latest techniques in their fields, including hat making. I was fortunate to have sewing lessons at school; later I also attended Southgate College to learn tailoring techniques. I can design a pattern, have made my own dress and coat - courtesy of Vogue patterns, for the latest look. Pierre G, https://lnkd.in/eDnQftXq has the mantra. Try and get a word in when discussing Education, #Employment & #Training, https://lnkd.in/eDnQftXq. For a nation's #Economy to grow, skilled and dedicated workers are required whether as a trainee, rising professional or qualified lawyer, doctor or accountant. Pierre G and his dedicated team can help you to help UK Plc to grow. Want to contribute to UK plc's #Growth, and your company's growth? Have a vacancy for a skilled craft in your company? We were invited to attend the #homecareworkforcesupportprogram 'who cares' luncheon in Brisbane where we heard Ian Montague, Rose Harris, and Professor Julie Byles share their project journey and evaluation outcomes. Key learnings included the importance of candidate experience, in particular, speed when it comes to time to hire -The evaluation found Speed to Market Matters • 70% of candidates wanted to start immediately. • 99% of candidates wanted to start within 4 weeks. However, over 50% of candidates took more than 4 weeks from submission to employer to starting work. The findings also highlight the importance of partnerships in training and employment pathways to help providers identify, screen, support, and train their candidates. Well done to COTA Queensland Skills Hubs, and Skills Generation for achieving your targets and helping providers in QLD with a pipeline of workers over the past two years. #AgedCare #WorkforceDevelopment #Partnerships
