Happy Independence Day Bharat!!! You would wonder it's Teacher's day and not Independence Day of Bharat. Well, you are right, but I was waiting for the euphoria of 15th August to settle before writing this post and what better day than Teacher's day to reflect on the role of educators in shaping our nation’s future? Teachers are the torchbearers who instill the spirit of freedom and national pride in the hearts of our young generation. If not correctly interpreted the idea of freedom could be destructive and one example is ‘freedom of expression’. People can hurt your sentiments, undermine your cultural values, and get away in the name of ‘freedom of expression’. Teachers have the crucial responsibility of ensuring that – 1) Every child understands the full history of our struggle for independence - an 800-year journey marked by bloody conflicts, hardship, and resistance. 2) Every child needs to know that their defenders who lived in exile were Great and not the invader king who ruled Delhi 3) Every child needs to understand that no stone was left unturn to destroy every possible symbol of our great culture including Kashi, Somnath, Nalanda, and the list goes on…It’s vital for every child to grasp the gravity of the invasions and occupations that sought to erase our rich heritage. Understanding our history in its true, unfiltered form is essential. It prepares us to recognize and prevent the repetition of past mistakes. We were always divided and conquered by invaders and now some invader turned insiders playing the same tricks. They will try to divide us on caste, creed, religion, rich-poor, north-south, east-west, Blah! Blah! Blah! Only one thing can save this nation and that is our unity. Remember only one thing that ‘this land is our mother’ and we must keep interest of our beloved motherland ahead of self, family, religion, states, etc. and BHARAT WILL BE THE VISHWAGURU AGAIN! वन्दे मातरम्! जय हिन्द! #IndependenceDay #TeachersDay #Azadi #Freedom #Bharat #India

Total failure of puppets like bureaucrats, having no vision for rural schools education department to groom millions of rural students. NGO, Foreigners, can do it, because they have the vision, the empathy, and confidence. This rajasthan school is the example of these non- political people efforts.... I often find myself questioning the education system in Bharat. It took us thousands of years to develop a profound academic ecosystem where knowledge emerged as a cornerstone of advancement. Students were given lessons in every sphere, and curiosity propelled learners to research, read and explore … the ecosystem was in sync with what we defined as the ideal way of life as penned in our ancient Vedic texts. The Guru was respected because he was instrumental in shaping the student’s very being. He blessed them with the indomitable spirit that would enable them to brave the world. However, change is inevitable, and as the British set stronghold on Bhartiya soil, education sought new parameters. Grades took paramount importance and teachers ‘earn’ respect based on their ability to help students acquire a 95+ in every subject. The result of implementing the underdog way has led to the declining reputation of an institution that took years to earn the global recognition that was a testament to the educational ecosystem. On the occasion of Guru Purnima, I urge learners and parents to revisit their roots and seek teachers who can genuinely inculcate a profound moral set in their children and help them emerge as individuals with a well rounded personality that will take them places. Becoming educated is necessary but aligning your education to required skills is the need of the hour. #happygurupurnima #paniheecommunications #heerkothari #heerkothariquotes #thearielviewpoint #loveforlibation

"Opportunism in the Jai Bhim Movement: Drifting from Ambedkar's Vision of Equality and National Unity" Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a true patriot, envisioned a Bharat united by social justice, fraternity, and equality. His legacy, as architect of the Constitution, was built not only to uplift Dalits but to unify all citizens, transcending caste boundaries. Today’s "Jai Bhim" movement, however, often emphasizes divisive, caste-based narratives that risk weakening Ambedkar’s broader mission of national unity. Ambedkar believed fraternity was essential for sustaining democracy; liberty and equality mean little without it. Sadly, opportunistic tactics in today’s movement prioritize short-term gains over genuine, inclusive reform. Even worse, some factions are swayed by divisive ideologies like Communist-Maoist agendas, which run counter to Ambedkar’s constitutional values and nationalist vision. To honor Dr. Ambedkar’s true legacy, the movement must refocus on his ideals of fraternity and unity, upliftment beyond caste, and commitment to Bharat's integrity and democratic strength. – Karan Thakur
