Our projects and programs are designed to directly involve communities, fostering local ownership and long-lasting impact. Whether it’s through tree planting initiatives, the Greening Schools Initiative, or waste management and biodiversity restoration programs, our dedicated volunteers and community members come together to create solutions that not only benefit the environment but also improve livelihoods. Through this inclusive approach, we aim to: 🌍 Build resilient #ecosystems and restore natural habitats 🌱 Empower #local communities to lead and sustain green initiatives 🌿 Promote #environmental education and climate awareness at the grassroots level We recognize that sustainability is not a one-time effort, it’s a continuous journey of learning, action, and engagement. By working with local communities, #YGAK fosters a sense of responsibility and ensures that our goals for climate change mitigation, conservation, and a greener Kenya are met. Together, we can plant the seeds for a better tomorrow. #SustainabilityInAction #CommunityDriven  #greenkenya #sustainablefuture #ygakgreenschoolsinitiative #treeplanting #climateaction #sustainability #ygakgreengoals2024 #iamygak #weareygak #ygakaugusttreeplantingchallenge #beresponsible #wastemanagement #protecttheenvironment
