Three things you can do to help your recruiters have more confidence to pick up the phone 1. Ensure they have a script that has been co-created with them and isn’t just ‘say this, it works for me.’ If your recruiters are always thinking on their feet every phone call, you are making it more difficult for them. 2. Record sales calls and make time to review game tape. It surprises us how many companies don’t record their sales calls; it often produces the best material for people to be coached on how to get more out of their phone activity. 3. Ensure your team is doing the reps together and facing the rejection together. Being the only person on the phone making sales calls whilst everyone else is quiet sending inmails isn’t the one. #Recruitment #Recruiting
