We are proud to announce our £10 million primary investment into ApprovalMax, a cloud-based platform to automate internal financial controls. This investment marks a significant milestone for the company, which has operated entirely on a self-funded basis since its launch. We are excited to join Konstantin Bredyuk, Peter Volynsky, and Helmut Heptner on this journey. In addition to the primary investment, Yttrium bought an undisclosed secondary stake from existing shareholders.
