Many even still have their front door keys. AND NOW ISRAEL IS TRYING TO DO IT TO THEM FOR THE 2ND TIME. One of the most oft-quoted verses in all of Scripture is found in John 8:7: “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone...” One of the great problems with this verse is that it has come to be *the* protective guard against holding church leaders (and Christians in general) accountable for the wrongs that they have carried out. But, here is the thing: To misuse this verse as a protective layer for abusive leaders is to then perpetuate the sin and abuses of these leaders. I share more in the linked article.
