One of the biggest problems I have personally noticed in the residential real estate industry, is that "the experts" tell you how to hustle harder and grow your business through cold, non-referral based marketing tactics. In other words, "How many cold calls did you make, how many blanketed postcards did you mail, and how many deals did you do?" 🫵🏻
Don't get me wrong, being a "hunter" in real estate is a great way to make a lot of money and become successful. But, the truth is, hunting never stops; if you don't hunt, you don't eat. "Farming" on the other hand, gets much easier (and more efficient) over time. Meaning, once you pick the soil, plant the seeds, care for the plants, and harvest the crops, it gets easier every additional year you do it. Not only that, business will start to come your way without extra hours in the field. 👨🏻🌾
