100%, but I'm going to take it another step deeper and another step back is part of my core philosophy of real estate. It comes down to three pillars, what you buy, where you buy and who you rent to, OK And of that three pillar formula, who your rent to is the most important, OK. So we always start with our end customer in mind. We start with the tenants requirement. What does our tenant want to live in? What is our ideal tenant want to live in? Then we designed from there and then we designed the ideal living environment for the tenant where the walkways go, where the parking goes. Like on that place I showed you had 10 parking spots on it, right? Go figure. And we and we don't even have a parking requirement in the city that I go. It's up to the developer. We didn't have to have one parking spot. We have 10 parking, but whether pads or cover, we have 10 parking spots for people. So we start with the tenant, then we determine what the tenant wants to live in, in the area that they want to live in. So what you buy, where you buy. Who you rent to? Then from there we have our designs based upon our tenant feedback.
