These Copilot/AI features in Microsoft Teams are a real game-changer. It's seriously like having your own personal assistant in meetings. 🤖 I've been leveraging these features more and more, and really happy to see others doing the same. Meeting notes recapped, important points highlighted, and tasks neatly summarized with action items for each person. It's almost like meetings are optional now😄. Finally able to knock out an overview video of Zoom's announcements from Enterprise Connect. Lots of updates to be excited about, including: - AI Companion now GA for Zoom phone (yay) -  AI Companion will be interoperable with Google and Microsoft for starters, and it will be included at no additional cost with AI Companion, which is included free to begin with. Other third-party strategies and alliances are expected in the future. - Zoom shared that a whopping 500,000 accounts have enabled AI Companion at this point and that usage by cohorts that have it enabled doubled from December to January. That’s a clear sign that people like and are using it. - Zoom Workplace, showing the integration of Workvivo and an effort to continue to build out workplace productivity functionality. - Updates to Meetings, Docs, and Contact Center also covered here. Zoom's federated approach to AI and its aggressive 'pricing' are both very compelling.
