𝗠𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁, 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁? 😲 𝗬𝗲𝘀, 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁! Ah, the job search journey where “Thank you for applying to this position..” usually means “Thanks, but no thanks” 😅. We’ve all been there, right? Well, I applied to a role with a glowing referral, backed by a tailored resume, cover letter, and of course some high hopes. After a bit of waiting, I received the classic “Unfortunately at this time” email. Cue the tiny violin 🎻. But then, the twist! Shortly after, employer reached out, saying, “Hey, even though this role didn’t work out, we’d love to set up a call and learn more about you.” Intrigued and a bit confused, I jumped on the call. Turns out, it wasn’t a feedback session, but a genuine interest in exploring other roles that might suit my background better. 💼 Long story short?
