I received an email from a fresher who wanted to work for free. When I read the email, I immediately asked him to visit the office. After some discussion, I came to know that his father took a 20-lakh loan for his education, and he completed his bachelor's from a reputed university, which claims to have a minimum of 15 LPA placements for all students. When I asked him why he wanted to work for free, he said, "I haven't been able to find a job for the last 1 year. Everyone needs experience, so I want to work and gain experience to get a job." I immediately asked him to join us on a good payroll. Teach real-world skills to the students. Don't just focus on theory; otherwise, they won't even be able to make a living for themselves. When you apply for jobs you are expected to have a certain number of years of experience in the field. This has restricted many talents from putting their skills to use. The big question is, "Do you need a job to get the experience or an experience to get a job"? I asked the above question because I started and have successfully established a consulting firm. Godwin Affizie Consulting, in January 2022 without any money or affiliation to any organization. It was through this position that I honed alll the skills that I have today My point is, until you engage in an activity, you cannot gather the experiences to perform on a job. It is through the process that you will learn, adapt, make mistakes, learn again and improve.

This is the change we require in Coporate… Some people also fails to complete their gratuation but that doesn’t make a difference in their knowledge, so we should judge them based on knowledge and experience not as per their degree. Simple Example: A person completed his gratuation (B.Com). If you are hiring him for Non Accounts Role then what difference will the degree make if that doesn’t related to his profile for which you are hiring?
