Lean Canvas has been my go-to method for defining any new product or startup idea I've had for the past few years. It's far better than the "Business Model Canvas" for new ideas (#Entrepreneurs and #ProductManagers). It can be a chore to start though... I mean, HOW do you start? If only there were an interactive way to automate this... Actually, it's the first thing I fully automated using #AI with Iteraite 😁 Ping me if you want to test it out... we automate the Business Model Canvas too, and a whole lot more (Beta to be released soon!)

Don’t bother with extensive business plans nobody reads. Set a Lean Canvas in just a few minutes to kick off your new idea. I used to write a lot of business plans. That was exhausting, and the result was more damaging than helpful. Here’s why: ❌ More speculation than reality ❌ Focus on analysis instead of progressing ❌ Predictability over exploring the unknown ❌ The plan quickly became the goal I found my way out with the Lean Canvas by Ash Maurya. It is a simple canvas on which you can see the big picture of your idea. Nine blocks simplify everything. Use my Miro template here: https://lnkd.in/dVYpnbVJ The combination of the blocks share a story that enables you to progress: 1. Customer segment: Clarity on who you serve 2. Problem: Alignment on the problem you aim to solve 3. Unique Value Proposition: The value you create for your customers 4. Solution: How you solve the problems identified 5. Channel: How you get your product to your customers 6. Revenue streams: Your revenue model 7. Cost structure: How you organize your business costs 8. Key metrics: How you measure success 9. Unfair advantage: Your competitive advantage Crafting a Lean Canvas is about getting together, clarifying what you know, and then moving on to test your assumptions and quickly adapt your business model. It’s not about setting something in stone and forgetting about it. Use your available knowledge to uncover value drivers. Let’s rock the product world together.
