Required Skills and Experience • 1 to 3 years experience • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or in a similar leadership role. • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and modern web technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js). • Experience in system design and architecture, including microservices or monolith architectures. • Previous experience leading Agile teams, delivering software in iterative sprints. • Experience in building or managing fintech products. • Knowledge of performance tuning, system optimization, and load balancing strategies. • Experience in managing databases and optimizing NoSQL systems like MongoDB.
