In 2024 one of my areas of focus is communication. The post below sums it up perfectly. As leaders, we can be empathetic and care for our teams. AND we can be unequivocal about the quality we require. Our people are hungry to learn and evolve into better versions of themselves. As should we as managers and leaders. Symbiosis at its best.

Delivering constructive feedback with empathy is not counterintuitive but necessary to be an effective leader.
