🗣️ When and will AI be able to replace us completely? Thanks for this as well as all the other questions in our amazing #QandA session. Clips related to my presentation as well as other questions will be released, too. This is how I interpreted the expert's question at this year's #DevOpsCon in Berlin. (Side note: Even though I feel in retrospect that I may not have fully understood the question correctly - since the question was also designed to represent the breakthrough when AI is ready to replace us.) ❇ My first answer: "A replacement won't happen, not for us." 🆘 My mistake at this point: I totally forgot to mention "Why not for us!". Because we're seniors, professionals with a lot of expertise. In the near(er) future the current seniors or experts who will be seniors in the next 24 month will be "AI agent outcome administrators" - responsible for refine AI's results and then checkout, optimize and merge the results while train the internal running AI agent instances. ✴ My example to support my answer: “The ‘Software Engineer’ study course will no longer have the same importance as it does today!” ✅ Then I realized, that I should tell the truth: "AI can already simulate us. I can't see an edge related to humans." 🧠 What do YOU think?
