ACMOS delivery coatings are based on a two-component system to be mixed with hardener as component B. That technology is easy to apply on the production site and ensures a lifetime extension of the delivery up to several weeks. ACMOS delivery coatings cope well with extreme heat loading due to high cutting speeds. By sealing the delivery surface, the friction between the gob and the delivery can be decreased and the sliding properties of glass gobs significantly improved. The gob slides easily and reaches the mould at a more constant speed. In addition, with ACMOS 43-5004 we offer a unique technology to repair the delivery in the production process (on the fly). ACMOS 43-5004 can be used for touch-up during the production, especially on areas where the delivery coating is worn by the glass gob.
