Gratitude doesn’t just make you happier—it makes you better. Thanksgiving reminds us to reflect on what we’re thankful for—but there’s more to gratitude than just good vibes. Gratitude rewires your brain for resilience and creativity. Studies show that practicing gratitude reduces stress, boosts problem-solving, and improves relationships. It’s a tool for growth—not just a warm, fuzzy feeling. This week, I’m grateful for the moments of play, the rest I’ve allowed myself, and the people who inspire me every day. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling; it’s a strategy for success. If you're American - here's hoping you aren't on LinkedIn today (I'm not - this was scheduled last week!!!) and I hope this post gets the lowest engagement I've ever gotten on day one. But if it's Friday - or even late Thursday afternoon/evening ... What are you most grateful for this year? #LetsPlay #PlayfulWorkDesign

🌍 World Gratitude Day 🌟 Today (Sep 21), as we celebrate World Gratitude Day, I’m reminded of the power a simple "thank you" holds. Gratitude is more than just words - it’s a mindset that shapes our daily experiences, strengthens our connections, and transforms challenges into opportunities for growth. In the rush of life, we often forget to pause and appreciate the people, moments, and lessons that have brought us here. Today, let’s take a moment to express genuine gratitude for the support, guidance, and kindness we've received along the way. Whether it's a mentor who believed in you, a colleague who uplifted you, or a challenge that made you stronger - each of these has played a role in shaping who we are. Let’s spread this spirit of thankfulness, not just today, but every day. Together, we can create a culture of appreciation that fuels both personal and collective growth. Grateful for all of you in my journey. #WorldGratitudeDay #Gratitude #Inspiration #dotSolved #GrowthMindset #ThankYou

Whether it’s a supportive team, loyal clients, or even the challenges that push us to improve, every step has something to teach us if we’re open to it. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Life is about moments; don’t wait for them, create them.” At the height of COVID, I started a gratitude jar—not knowing if it would work or if my family would even participate. The jar sits in our family room, where it’s easy for everyone to access, and the idea was simple: write small notes of gratitude—everyday things, little moments worth celebrating—and add them to the jar. Over time, it became a beautiful tradition. My family, including my grandkids, started adding their own notes. During the holidays, we opened the jar and shared an entire year of gratitude together. The little moments—kind words, thoughtful gestures, or even silly things—became a big reminder of how much we have to be thankful for. Even now, when I need perspective or encouragement, I’ll pull a note from the jar. This same idea applies to life and business. Whether it’s a note of thanks for a colleague, a reflection on a small win, or recognition of progress, creating intentional moments of gratitude can strengthen relationships, inspire action, and keep us grounded in what truly matters. How about you? Do you have a gratitude practice or a way to celebrate small moments in life and work? I’d love to hear how you create your moments. #Gratitude #CreateMoments #LifeAndBusiness #IntentionalLiving #Reflection #Leadership

Gratitude Friday. As we wrap up the week, let's take a moment to reflect on and celebrate the things we're grateful for. Gratitude has a way of grounding us, bringing perspective, and fueling our motivation for the week ahead. In our pursuit of big goals, it's easy to overlook the small victories. Take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate the little wins that contribute to your larger journey. These small steps are often the foundation of our biggest achievements. Express gratitude for the colleagues, mentors, and friends who support and encourage you. A strong support system is invaluable, providing guidance, motivation, and a sense of belonging. Gratitude isn't just for the big moments. Finding joy in everyday occurrences, like a productive meeting, a kind gesture, or a peaceful walk, can significantly enhance your overall well being. Consider the lessons you've learned and the growth you've experienced, even through challenges. Every experience, whether positive or negative, contributes to your personal and professional development. Take a moment to express your thanks to those around you. Whether it's a quick note, a verbal acknowledgment, or a small token of appreciation, showing gratitude can strengthen relationships and foster a positive environment. On this Gratitude Friday, I'm thankful for the opportunities to learn and grow, the supportive network of family, colleagues and friends, and the small moments of joy that brighten each day.
