🐬Dolphin wailing anyone? Just one of sessions some organisations hold to enhance workplace well-being...well, maybe not quite dolphin wailing. As someone said to me last week, workplace well-being isn’t about putting on chair yoga sessions. It’s about how we’re making people feel. And so I started to wonder how many people really think about the significant role their team / organisational culture has to play in managing well-being. I practice mindfulness and a bit of yoga and also get myself outdoors to help manage inevitable states of stress - finding something that works for you is hugely important. However, I do believe that one of the most overlooked things in the workplace is the affect we have on each other.
