DIVINE OR CHANCE? This week I spent time in Aarhus and our global headquarter. We visited our previous headquarter sites on a history walking tour of downtown Aarhus (Stibo dates back to 1794, not a typo). It’s divine that my favorite local restaurant Teaterbodegaen is in the location of our former headquarter! Having the awareness of where you are and where you want to go is foundational for setting direction, making decisions, setting goals and creating actions. This is true as an individual and as a team. Also both personal and professional. This past week was all of that. The value of spending time together with our teams and cross-functional business partners has resulted in high level of alignment, clarity, and unity. On site customer presentation cemented “the why” to eliminate any doubt and skepticism. I’m exhausted, but even more so content and energized about what the future brings as we relentlessly pursue our continuous innovation journey!
