"A MURDER"? - The Most Bizarre Animal Group Terms! When you see a group of animals, do you simply refer to them as a group but wonder if they have a more specific term? Or you probably already know some common terms for animals like a flock of birds or pack of wolves and wondering what else is out there? Well in this video of animal group terms we run through many types of naming terms including collateral adjectives, collective nouns and scientific terms. One of the ingredients for psychological safety in teams is to get to know each other at a deeper level - who we are in our professional roles. Today one of the teams I’m working with explored this with the help of my bag of toy animals. They discussed why they identify with their chosen animal, what would help their animal feel safer in the team, how can they help their animal get there and how can everyone else help. A fun way to explore a subject matter that can be challenging and requires a fair bit of guts. Though the real developments now happen in their everyday work, it’s amazing to see how far a team can travel in a short space of time. Fascinating Discovery: Man Holds 200 Liters of Water in Stomach! 💦 The video discusses a unique animal that has a special water chamber in its stomach where it stores up to 200 liters of water at a time. I was guided to explain why I love doing animal communication. This was more difficult to put into words than I expected, but I came up with three reasons. Why I love doing animal communication = fascinating animals Animals are fascinating! They have personalities, likes, dislikes, and opinions, some of which are surprising. I like that!
