Our latest innovation from the Pasio series, the Pasio 100/300/700, is featured in the trade magazine konstruktionspraxis📰. Last week, Schenck’s Manager for Sustainability Jonas Schuch spoke to konstruktionspraxis about the latest Pasio 100-700 universal balancing machines, sustainable product development, and the product carbon footprint of the balancing machine in accordance with ISO 14067. The carbon footprint analysis was conducted in cooperation with the Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik IBP🤝. "By determining the product carbon footprint of the Pasio 700, we offer our customers the opportunity to use this parameter for their own emission assessments" Jonas Schuch. Schenck Rotec is the first balancing machine manufacturer to report a CO2 footprint for a machine. We will use the findings to continuously improve and develop even more eco-friendly🍃 products. Swedish Foxway Group celebrates strong Q3 sales growth, partnerships, and awards, but remains in the red Foxway Group’s Q3 2024 results paint a mixed picture for the leading circular IT service provider. While the company achieved an impressive 10% increase in net revenue to €182.5 million and 12% organic growth, profitability remains a challenge, with continued losses (€ 8.5 million) weighing on its financial performance.   The adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 10.4%, but operational profitability, reflected in the adjusted operational EBITDA and EBIT margins, remained low at 5.2% and 3.8%, respectively. Year-to-date, the EBIT margin was just 1.1%, signaling that despite robust top-line growth, cost pressures and other challenges continue to affect the bottom line. Net result came out on -€ 181.3 million.   Amid these financial hurdles, Foxway Group is making strides in its sustainability and innovation efforts. The company received the prestigious Lenovo 360 Circle Outstanding Climate Action Award for 2024, highlighting its role as a sustainability leader in the tech sector. Additionally, it was selected as the pilot partner for major OEM-certified refurbishment programs, a critical step toward solidifying its leadership in the circular economy.   While challenges persist, Foxway Group is positioning itself for long-term growth with initiatives such as its partnership with F9 to enhance the distribution of sustainable technology and the appointment of Patrick Höijer as CEO to drive strategic transitions.
