Catering can be an unforgiving industry. One delivery slipup - and the customer will find someone else. They won't care that the driver's "car broke down" or they "forgot a few orders and had to go back to get them". On the flip side, it is an incredibly lucrative sector. One recurring large customer can make make a huge $$ impact on ARR. So it makes sense. Nevertheless, it's exciting to be a part of this space in helping both F&B brands and delivery service providers succeed in their catering programs!
