So I was diagnosed as being autistic
in 2004 when I was five years old. It's, it's had challenges. But then it's also given me like,
you know, ways of moving through life that are maybe a bit different
to other people. Ive definitely benefited from, you know, from my management and teammates in general,
being open minded and understanding. Every two weeks I see a counsellor for my various, for the various mental
health complications that come with being autistic. And, additionally to this, I'm able to, I'm able to get myself prepared and also unwind from meetings. And you know, if, if that social recovery and burnout,
if that gets in the way of my work, I'm able to push through that
in other times of the day. It means that I'm not hiding anything. It means that
if there is anything that pops up that affects my ability to work,
I can address it. And then, and then put something in place.
