Learning to Embrace Change As we ready for Q2, an election year, a changing planet, and a new month of reflections, I would like to make some final observations about change. Change is an inevitable part of the dynamic and interconnected world we operate in. As highlighted by Charla Noel Caponi's insightful comment, monitoring the political landscape and understanding its implications on industries like finance and luxury is crucial. This rings especially true as we approach significant events like this November. From a brand strategist's perspective, maintaining "salience" – staying relevant and prominent in consumers' minds – is paramount, even during challenging times. As Gian Luca Bersezio also aptly pointed out, in our increasingly dynamic and fluid environment, embracing change and fostering diverse cultural backgrounds within our organization can be beneficial for both the company and its leaders. We recognize the importance of constantly improving, adapting, and taking stock of changes in our world around us. Just as brands need to maintain a strong presence in consumers' minds during times of instability, we at Octonano understand the need to remain agile and proactive in our approach. In life, the journey to our dreams can be long, but every step is worth it. Today, I am overjoyed to announce my first step towards my soul's true calling: empowering doctors to achieve the greatness they deserve. 🌟 Although I dreamed of becoming a doctor myself, I now see that my path was meant for something even greater. Share something a co-worker or staff member did to go above and beyond in your office without being asked within the last 30 days. 👇 I like to lead by example, so I’ll go first : -swapped out $4500+ worth of frames for new product so the company didn’t have to spend a coin in investing on products to meet patient needs - wrote a protocol booklet to present on what a “ideal handoff” should look like and help new doctors understand our lens designs/optical products better -introduced https://lnkd.in/evYdQ2he to the company so we have an avenue to assist the lesser fortunate if given the opportunity I hope to inspire and encourage people to create their own processes, design there own system and then share this wealth of knowledge. INITIATVE is something I value dearly and would like to see employees that ‘see something, notice something, do something’ being paid more $$$.
