An automated module in Carcare fully automatically monitors a process flow where no manual action is required. The automated used module measures lead time1, lead time2 and lead time3 automatically. For new cars, the factory order status is automatically monitored and the arrival at the plant.

Controls can be set up to monitor the efficiency of the process flow. These rules can be of the change/movement type or of the time type. These two rule types trigger an e-mail to the desired person or department. An alert is triggered in the same way but only provides a warning in Carcare to let the user know that something is out of order.

Access is given to statistics where the process flow is split into parts and visualised for the user to identify possible bottlenecks in the flow. The total time of the flow as well as the parts are presented in time.

Rights are built into Carcare to assign different roles access to e.g. statistics.
