Once a Purchase Order is received it is automatically entered into your accounting system with the use of AI, then compared to the contract pricing for easy accepting or rejecting. Then automated material supply orders can be sent to suppliers, and the subcontractor's accounting system (Quickbooks or Sage) is updated with a sales order/invoice without their office team manually entering information. InvoiceIQ validates agreed upon supplier pricing in just seconds. Contracts are kept in one place and can be easily updated to track pricing adjustments.
