1. Research the Company

Question: What do you know about our company?

I admire your company’s culture of collaboration and continuous learning."


2. Know Your Resume Inside Out

Be prepared to discuss everything on your resume, from work history to skills. The HR round often includes questions related to your past experiences and how they prepare you for this new role.

Question: Tell me about your experience at [Previous Company].
