Recent win: helped a #Vistage construction products company locate available White Space Market Opportunity for its products, in every market.

  • We did this by first segmenting their customers via Experian Mosaic segmentation to learn who was buying their products
  • We then combined that data with both remodeling data and new residential construction data, and created a market opportunity index for their products
  • We calculated their revenue velocity against that index in markets where sales performance was high to estimate maximum known market opportunity
  • Finally, we subtracted existing revenue from that max known opportunity, to determine white space opportunity
