Very nicely brought out the fundamentals. I just want to add here that the Agile Management Techniques are essential specially in VUCA challenges faced by third world countries including Pakistan, India and middle east. The uncertain law and orders, unplanned strikes, power and internet shut downs have really made the projects more challenging and complex. Meeting scope and timelines within cost in such environments are the real challenge faced by the local project managers.
