#2 Once upon a time...Another day in the life of Exclusive Travel

#Day2 - my DMC agent job

We are April 26th, 2019 today is an usual office day! 

I just drop my daughter at school for the beginning of her class and I take the direction of my office in Uzes. It is 8 O’clock in the morning and I take my third cup of coffee before seating at my desk. Difficult for me to start a beautiful day without my daily caffeine dose. 

As I am appreciating this amazing and enjoyable drink, I am checking my new Emails. 

Hi Taiwan! I received an email from Eva, a travel agent in Taipei City. She wants to organize a south of France trip for her 6 very vip clients, from Nice to Toulouse. 

She is used to our professionalism and our depth knowledge of the south of France, so I starting elaborate a high level service program for her clients. 

After checking availabilities with my providers, I choose some beautiful 5-star hotels, a few gourmet typical restaurants, guided visits with a Chinese speaking guide and some atypical activities such as a perfume making workshop or a Provençal cooking class. 

I prepare a presentation with beautiful pictures to show my proposal to Eva and I send it to her with my fingers crossed 🤞 

I feel happy to answer so quickly to my dear client and, more than anything else, propose a bespoke tour with a high level of services, thanks to my providers. 

Now my Email sent... go for a 4th coffee cup! 😂

I love my job! Coffee, Emails and the desire to satisfy my client with her new program!
